Asked at the turn
The questions that arrive most often, answered the way we would answer them over a halfway-house sandwich.
Can I buy straight from this site?
No, and that is on purpose. This is our rack, not our till. Every buy button opens the page for that piece at our retail partner, and the purchase happens there.
Are the prices here the ones I will pay?
They are the prices we last read from the partner feed, and they move. Take the figure here as a signpost and the partner page as the answer.
Where do the star ratings come from?
From our retail partner, unchanged. We do not write reviews, we do not commission them and we do not average them into something friendlier. Pieces with no ratings yet show none.
Two colours of the same polo show the same rating. Why?
Because the partner counts them as one listing, so every colour of that polo carries the same rating and the same count. It is one pool of ratings, not five. That is also why the totals on the front page count each pool once instead of once per colour.
How do I pick between two sizes?
Read the size chart on the partner page first, it is the real one. Then decide how you want the shirt to play: our slim cuts sit close by design, so sizing up in those is normal, while the easy cuts already carry the room.
What does the tee sheet actually filter on?
Four things: whose locker the piece is for, what goes in the bag, what forecast it is cut for and how loud it reads. Nothing hidden, nothing weighted. Leave a question on its first answer and it stops narrowing.
Is this the whole range?
It is everything we can currently show with a photograph, a live price and stock. Pieces the partner has sold out of drop off the rack rather than sit here teasing you.
Still stuck? The tee sheet narrows the rack in four questions, and the studio answers mail. Fill in the tee sheet or flag us down.
