Mulligans

Sometimes a piece plays differently on you than it did on the sample. That is a return, and it goes back the way it came: to our retail partner.

How a return works

The order was placed with our retail partner, so the return is theirs to run. Open the order on their site and start it from there. The window, the condition rules and the way the money comes back are all theirs, printed on that page.

Nothing should come to us. There is no returns desk at the studio and nobody who can put money back on a card; a parcel sent our way would only sit in a corner while your window closed.

What we would rather do than take a mulligan

Ask us first. Tell us your height, what you normally wear and whether you like a polo close or with air in it, and we will say which of two sizes we would put you in, and say so plainly if we think neither is right.

The tee sheet does the same job with four questions, and changing your mind halfway through costs nothing.

Where mulligans come from most

Fit through the chest, almost always. A slim-cut polo bought in the usual size, or an easy cut expected to sit close. That is why every piece carries a cut note, and why the partner size chart is worth thirty seconds before checkout.

In one line each

  • Returns are opened and processed by our retail partner, from your order page.
  • The return window and the money route are theirs, printed at their checkout.
  • Nothing should be sent to the studio, there is no returns desk there.

Still stuck? The tee sheet narrows the rack in four questions, and the studio answers mail. Fill in the tee sheet or flag us down.
