Women's Sleeveless Golf Shirt V-Neck Lightweight Quick Dry Tennis Tank Tops

We cut this sleeveless top in a smooth stretch jersey to keep the shoulders clear through a full turn. The collarless neckline sits flat at the throat, while the knit sheds heat quickly on midsummer afternoons. A drop hem with side vents keeps the tail down when worn untucked over a skort.

What we would tell you on the range

  • Collarless V-neck. The shallow V-neck is bound flat to avoid rubbing at the base of the neck. Without a folded collar band, hot air vents freely across the chest through long afternoons under the sun.
  • Armhole and swing geometry. We opened the armholes so the fabric clears the shoulder blade at the peak of a backswing. The four-way stretch moves with your upper body and snaps back cleanly without binding under the arms.
  • Split drop hem. The back hem drops slightly lower than the front to stay covered while you read a line. Side vents let the fabric part over shorts or a pleated skort instead of bunching at the waist.
  • Care and maintenance. Machine wash cold with similar athletic fabrics and hang it to dry. The synthetic knit dries fast on the line and stays soft without fabric softeners, holding its shape without ironing.

Between rounds

Worth doing

  • Wash it cold, inside out, with the placket buttoned so it keeps its line.
  • Hang it to dry; performance jersey is usually wearable again by morning.
  • Store it on a hanger with real shoulders, not folded damp in the bag.
  • Check the size chart on the partner page before you settle on a size.

Worth avoiding

  • Fabric softener. It coats the fibre and the wicking quietly stops working.
  • The hot tumble dryer, which is hard on elastane and on printed panels.
  • An iron face-down on a print or a logo.
  • Leaving it wadded in the trunk between weekends.
