What we would tell you on the range
- Medium weight knit. The fabric gives you enough thickness for cool spring and autumn mornings while venting moisture before it sits. It stretches in four directions so the back panel stays flat as you turn.
- Structured contrast collar. We built the inner collar and three-button placket with contrast trim that keeps its edge through the wash. Unbutton one or two to dump heat when the sun breaks through the mist.
- Set-in long sleeves. Long sleeves give full arm coverage against wind and direct sun. We tapered the cuffs slightly so they stay put when you pull them up your forearms to read a green.
- Vented lower hem. Side vents let the untucked hem fall naturally over your waistband without bunching. Wash cold with the collar buttons fastened, then tumble dry low or hang flat to keep the neckline straight.

Worth doing
- Wash it cold, inside out, with the placket buttoned so it keeps its line.
- Hang it to dry; performance jersey is usually wearable again by morning.
- Store it on a hanger with real shoulders, not folded damp in the bag.
- Check the size chart on the partner page before you settle on a size.
Worth avoiding
- Fabric softener. It coats the fibre and the wicking quietly stops working.
- The hot tumble dryer, which is hard on elastane and on printed panels.
- An iron face-down on a print or a logo.
- Leaving it wadded in the trunk between weekends.
