Men's Contrast Collar Quarter Zip Pullover

We cut this midweight layer in solid black jersey with enough give to pull over a polo without bunching. The mock neck carries a contrast golf star print along the inner band, giving the zip line a clean frame when pulled halfway down. It covers the arms against morning chill and sun, then packs down small when the afternoon warms up.

What we would tell you on the range

Contrast mock collar. The collar stands upright on its own and holds its shape through a full round. Inside, a contrast star print breaks up the solid black body when the quarter zip sits open for extra ventilation.
Room for the swing. Four-way stretch gives the shoulders and back panel plenty of mechanical ease. The fabric follows your arms through the top of the backswing without riding up the torso or pulling at the cuffs.
Layering over a polo. We shaped the chest and armholes to slide cleanly over a collared golf shirt. The fabric stays lightweight while blocking light breeze on early holes, avoiding the bulk of a heavy jacket.
Washing and care. Machine wash cold with like colours and hang to dry or tumble on low heat. The jersey keeps its recovery and soft surface, while the zip track stays flat after laundering.

Worth doing

Wash it cold, inside out, with the placket buttoned so it keeps its line.
Hang it to dry; performance jersey is usually wearable again by morning.
Store it on a hanger with real shoulders, not folded damp in the bag.

Fabric softener. It coats the fibre and the wicking quietly stops working.
The hot tumble dryer, which is hard on elastane and on printed panels.
An iron face-down on a print or a logo.
Leaving it wadded in the trunk between weekends.
