What we would tell you on the range

  • V-neck line. The open neck drops into a clean V while the back collar rises slightly around the nape. It vents heat across the chest and covers the back of the neck when the sun sits high.
  • Short sleeve room. We cut the short sleeves with enough room through the armhole so the fabric never binds at the top of your swing. It covers the upper arms without catching or pulling across the upper back.
  • Curved lower hem. The bottom hem is shaped with a gentle curve that rests below the waistband. It stays down while you move through a stroke and looks balanced worn untucked over a skort or shorts.
  • Wash and care. Wash cold with like colours and tumble dry on low heat to keep the dusty pink tone true. The knit dries fast and hangs clean without needing an iron.

Worth doing

  • Wash it cold, inside out, with the placket buttoned so it keeps its line.
  • Hang it to dry; performance jersey is usually wearable again by morning.
  • Store it on a hanger with real shoulders, not folded damp in the bag.
  • Check the size chart on the partner page before you settle on a size.

Worth avoiding

  • Fabric softener. It coats the fibre and the wicking quietly stops working.
  • The hot tumble dryer, which is hard on elastane and on printed panels.
  • An iron face-down on a print or a logo.
  • Leaving it wadded in the trunk between weekends.
