What we would tell you on the range
- Fleece interior. The inside is brushed into a light fleece that traps warm air next to your base layer. It blocks the chill of a damp morning without adding bulk around your torso.
- Quarter zip venting. A deep front zip lets you dump heat once the sun breaks through. We built the mock neck to stand tall in the breeze and stay flat when unzipped over a polo collar.
- Shoulder room. We cut the sleeves and chest with enough slack for a full turn at the top of your swing. The fabric stretches in four directions so the cuffs stay in place.
- Washing and care. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang dry to keep the fleece backing soft. Avoid high heat in the dryer so the zip and collar retain their original shape.

Worth doing
- Wash it cold, inside out, with the placket buttoned so it keeps its line.
- Hang it to dry; performance jersey is usually wearable again by morning.
- Store it on a hanger with real shoulders, not folded damp in the bag.
- Check the size chart on the partner page before you settle on a size.
Worth avoiding
- Fabric softener. It coats the fibre and the wicking quietly stops working.
- The hot tumble dryer, which is hard on elastane and on printed panels.
- An iron face-down on a print or a logo.
- Leaving it wadded in the trunk between weekends.
