What we would tell you on the range
- Stretch woven fabric. The lightweight weave bends easily and dries quickly after a humid round or morning dew. It shakes out creases right out of the wash and keeps a clean line through all eighteen holes.
- Crotch gusset construction. We added an extra panel through the crotch to remove tension from the main seams. This gives you room to squat, pivot and swing without the fabric pulling tight across the thighs.
- Pocket layout and storage. Two slant pockets sit at the front with an interior coin sleeve, joined by a zippered side pocket for tees. The back pockets close with low-profile snaps so scorecards and gloves stay put.
- Washing and care. Machine wash cold with like colours and tumble dry on low. The synthetic stretch weave holds its dark grey tone over repeated cycles and needs no iron to look crisp before your tee time.

Worth doing
- Wash it cold, inside out, with the placket buttoned so it keeps its line.
- Hang it to dry; performance jersey is usually wearable again by morning.
- Store it on a hanger with real shoulders, not folded damp in the bag.

Worth avoiding
- Fabric softener. It coats the fibre and the wicking quietly stops working.
- The hot tumble dryer, which is hard on elastane and on printed panels.
- An iron face-down on a print or a logo.
- Leaving it wadded in the trunk between weekends.
