What we would tell you on the range

Flag print knit. The Blue Golf Flag pattern is set into the jersey so the fabric stays light and soft against bare skin. Air passes through the knit easily on humid afternoons.
Shoulder and sleeve room. We gave the sleeves enough length for sun coverage without excess fabric catching near the elbows. The shoulders allow a full backswing without pulling the collar sideways.
Split hem cut. The hem is cut with small side slits. It sits flat against shorts if you wear it untucked, and stays anchored when tucked into trousers.
Washing the print. Machine wash cold with similar blues and hang dry or tumble low. The synthetic knit resists wrinkling and holds the crisp collar points without needing an iron.

Worth doing

Wash it cold, inside out, with the placket buttoned so it keeps its line.
Hang it to dry; performance jersey is usually wearable again by morning.
Store it on a hanger with real shoulders, not folded damp in the bag.

Worth avoiding

Fabric softener. It coats the fibre and the wicking quietly stops working.
The hot tumble dryer, which is hard on elastane and on printed panels.
An iron face-down on a print or a logo.
Leaving it wadded in the trunk between weekends.
