What we would tell you on the range

Four-way stretch knit. The lightweight fabric stretches in all directions, so it recovers its shape immediately after full shoulder extension. It wicks moisture off the skin and dries quickly through humid afternoons.
Black tee micro-print. The allover print repeats tiny tee marks cleanly across the front, back, and sleeves. The pattern is set deep into the knit so it stays sharp after repeated laundering.
Collar and placket. We built the self-fabric collar with reinforced stitching to keep its shape through eighteen holes. The traditional three-button placket sits flat against the chest without bunching up.
Split side hem. Small side slits allow the hem to rest flat over trousers or shorts. It sits at a length that stays tucked in during a swing or wears clean untucked.

Worth doing

Wash it cold, inside out, with the placket buttoned so it keeps its line.
Hang it to dry; performance jersey is usually wearable again by morning.
Store it on a hanger with real shoulders, not folded damp in the bag.

Fabric softener. It coats the fibre and the wicking quietly stops working.
The hot tumble dryer, which is hard on elastane and on printed panels.
An iron face-down on a print or a logo.
Leaving it wadded in the trunk between weekends.
