What we would tell you on the range

Flag print jersey. The poly-spandex blend feels smooth and cool against bare skin. It stretches four ways so the fabric never catches across your back at the top of a swing, and it dries quickly in summer humidity.
Three-button collar. We built the collar to sit flat and keep its fold without curling. The three-button placket lets you open up the neck for airflow on warmer afternoons, then fastens cleanly under a light wind layer.
Vented hem. Side vents at the hem give the shirt enough give to sit flat across the waist. You can tuck it into tailored trousers or leave it out over shorts without the fabric bunching up around your belt.
Washing and care. Machine wash cold with like colours and tumble dry on low heat. The synthetic knit resists wrinkling and holds both its shape and its crisp flag pattern through regular laundry cycles without shrinking.

Worth doing

Wash it cold, inside out, with the placket buttoned so it keeps its line.
Hang it to dry; performance jersey is usually wearable again by morning.
Store it on a hanger with real shoulders, not folded damp in the bag.

Worth avoiding

Fabric softener. It coats the fibre and the wicking quietly stops working.
The hot tumble dryer, which is hard on elastane and on printed panels.
An iron face-down on a print or a logo.
Leaving it wadded in the trunk between weekends.
