What we would tell you on the range
- Fabric and four-way stretch. The knit has give in all directions so the shoulders do not bind at the top of your swing. It dries quickly after a humid front nine, keeping the cloth from clinging to your skin.
- Collar and placket. A classic three-button placket anchors a self-fabric collar constructed to stay flat. It resists curling along the tips after hours under the sun or coming out of a cold wash.
- Side vents at the hem. Small side slits allow the tail to drop straight over shorts when left untucked. The length gives you enough fabric to tuck in deep without pulling out during a tee shot.
- Wash and care. Wash cold with similar colours and tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. The micro print stays sharp through repeated cycles, and the collar recovers its line without needing an iron.

Worth doing
- Wash it cold, inside out, with the placket buttoned so it keeps its line.
- Hang it to dry; performance jersey is usually wearable again by morning.
- Store it on a hanger with real shoulders, not folded damp in the bag.

Worth avoiding
- Fabric softener. It coats the fibre and the wicking quietly stops working.
- The hot tumble dryer, which is hard on elastane and on printed panels.
- An iron face-down on a print or a logo.
- Leaving it wadded in the trunk between weekends.
