What we would tell you on the range
- Layering over a polo. We gave the body enough room through the chest and upper arm so a standard polo sits flat underneath without bunching. The fabric slides easily over pique or jersey collars.
- Quarter zip mock neck. The collar stands tall around the neck to cut the early chill. When the sun breaks through, the front zip opens to vent heat without flapping loose in your follow-through.
- Shoulder stretch. The knit has medium stretch across the back panel. It gives when your arms extend at the top of a swing, then recovers its shape without bagging out at the elbows.
- Right side tee slot. A small dedicated loop sits on the right side seam to hold a tee ready between shots. Wash cold and hang dry to keep the stripes sharp and the collar standing true.

Worth doing
- Wash it cold, inside out, with the placket buttoned so it keeps its line.
- Hang it to dry; performance jersey is usually wearable again by morning.
- Store it on a hanger with real shoulders, not folded damp in the bag.
- Check the size chart on the partner page before you settle on a size.
Worth avoiding
- Fabric softener. It coats the fibre and the wicking quietly stops working.
- The hot tumble dryer, which is hard on elastane and on printed panels.
- An iron face-down on a print or a logo.
- Leaving it wadded in the trunk between weekends.
