We cut this long sleeve layer with enough room through the chest and shoulders to pull over a polo without bunching. What we would tell you on the range

Layering cut. The chest and sleeve openings are shaped to slide over a collared shirt smoothly. It sits loose enough for a full shoulder turn during a swing, then settles back down when you finish your follow-through.
Quarter-zip collar. The mock neck stands tall to cover your throat when the wind picks up early in the round. Pull the zipper down halfway to clear heat once the walk warms you up.
Right side tee holder. We built a dedicated loop into the right side seam to park extra tees. It keeps them off the bottom of your pocket and within reach while you step up to the tee box.
Fabric and wash care. This knit fabric holds its shape through regular wash cycles and dries fast on a hanger. Machine wash cold with similar darks and skip the high dryer heat to keep the zip flat.

Worth doing

Wash it cold, inside out, with the placket buttoned so it keeps its line.
Hang it to dry; performance jersey is usually wearable again by morning.
Store it on a hanger with real shoulders, not folded damp in the bag.

Fabric softener. It coats the fibre and the wicking quietly stops working.
The hot tumble dryer, which is hard on elastane and on printed panels.
An iron face-down on a print or a logo.
Leaving it wadded in the trunk between weekends.
