What we would tell you on the range

  • Knit and airflow. Lightweight stretch fabric lets air through and moves sweat off the skin under direct sun. It stays cool against the body and dries quickly after a humid walk.
  • V-neck collar line. The collarless neck opens in a shallow V, while the back rim stands up slightly. It keeps the throat cool without leaving the back of the neck bare to the sun.
  • Curved hem shape. We cut the lower hem with a gentle curve that rests below the waistband. It stays down during a swing and does not bunch when left untucked.
  • Wash and yellow tone. Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle, then line dry in the shade. The solid yellow yarn keeps its depth without bleeding or thinning at the seams.

Worth doing

  • Wash it cold, inside out, with the placket buttoned so it keeps its line.
  • Hang it to dry; performance jersey is usually wearable again by morning.
  • Store it on a hanger with real shoulders, not folded damp in the bag.
  • Check the size chart on the partner page before you settle on a size.

Worth avoiding

  • Fabric softener. It coats the fibre and the wicking quietly stops working.
  • The hot tumble dryer, which is hard on elastane and on printed panels.
  • An iron face-down on a print or a logo.
  • Leaving it wadded in the trunk between weekends.
