Golf Quarter Zip Pullover for Men Mock Neck Sweatshirt Lightweight Sun

We cut this quarter zip as an outer layer for cold starts and breezy rounds. The lightweight melange knit pulls easily over a collared shirt without bunching through the shoulders. A smooth front zip lets you dump excess heat once the morning chill burns off.

What we would tell you on the range

  • Mock neck zip collar. The stand collar sits close around the neck to block wind off the tee. A clean zip placket pulls down quickly when the sun comes through, and the neck tag is flat to stop chafing.
  • Melange stretch knit. The lightweight fabric offers four way stretch across the back and arms. It cuts the morning breeze without trapping moisture, keeping its shape through regular wash cycles.
  • Layered fit and tee holder. We built enough room through the sleeves and torso to slide over a standard polo without catching. A dedicated slot at the side keeps a wooden tee ready when you step up.
  • Straight hem and cuffs. The sleeve cuffs rest clean against the wrists, and the hem stays flat over golf shorts or trousers. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang dry to preserve the deep blue tone.

Between rounds

Worth doing

  • Wash it cold, inside out, with the placket buttoned so it keeps its line.
  • Hang it to dry; performance jersey is usually wearable again by morning.
  • Store it on a hanger with real shoulders, not folded damp in the bag.
  • Check the size chart on the partner page before you settle on a size.

Worth avoiding

  • Fabric softener. It coats the fibre and the wicking quietly stops working.
  • The hot tumble dryer, which is hard on elastane and on printed panels.
  • An iron face-down on a print or a logo.
  • Leaving it wadded in the trunk between weekends.
