What we would tell you on the range

  • Smooth flex knit. The lightweight fabric blends stretch with a smooth surface that pulls moisture away from the skin. It lets air move freely, drying fast so the shirt never clings during warm rounds in direct sun.
  • Structured three-button collar. We built the collar to stand up on its own rather than curling flat after nine holes. The clean three-button placket lets you vent heat as the afternoon warms up.
  • Hem with side slits. Side vents give the lower hem room to move across your hips. It sits flat whether you tuck it into trousers or leave it untucked over golf shorts.
  • Cold wash care. Machine wash cold with like colours and hang to dry. The print stays bright, the knit resists shrinking, and the collar points hold their shape without ironing.

Worth doing

  • Wash it cold, inside out, with the placket buttoned so it keeps its line.
  • Hang it to dry; performance jersey is usually wearable again by morning.
  • Store it on a hanger with real shoulders, not folded damp in the bag.
  • Check the size chart on the partner page before you settle on a size.

Worth avoiding

  • Fabric softener. It coats the fibre and the wicking quietly stops working.
  • The hot tumble dryer, which is hard on elastane and on printed panels.
  • An iron face-down on a print or a logo.
  • Leaving it wadded in the trunk between weekends.
